It started with a piece of glass on the floor.
At a glassblowing workshop in Emmaboda, Sweden, Asuka noticed the offcuts, tiny fragments left behind during the making process, cooling slowly into thin, honey-like threads on the ground. She collected them all. And then she started burying them.
Stone Treasure is an ongoing personal project begun in 2021. Wherever Asuka travels, she buries a small piece of glass, leaving an invisible trace in the ground, a quiet mark that says: I was here.
A travel journal without words. A map no one else can read.
